Outline planning has been secured for 30 dwellings at land to the east of Ashford Road in St Michaels (Tenterden). Scott Properties was appointed in 2016 to promote the site and an allocation was achieved in the now adopted Ashford Local Plan. Planning permission was granted in 2019 and the site is now being marketed for sale.
