Outline planning permission has been secured for 33 dwellings at land to the east of Metcalfe Way in Haddenham. Having missed out on an allocation in the emerging Local Plan, the landowner appointed Scott Properties to promote the land and progress a planning application. Following extensive technical work to resolve a local surface water drainage issue, East Cambs District Council granted planning permission via a delegated decision in March 2020.
