Our site in Tenterden (Ashford) for 30 new dwellings has been sold to Croudace Homes. Scott Properties has worked on the site since 2016, taking it through the land promotion process to secure an allocation and then an outline planning consent. We wish Croudace all the best with the reserved matters approval and bringing forward this exciting new development.
