Detailed planning permission has been secured for residential, care, and community uses at land to the east of Mendham Lane in Harleston. Scott Properties entered into a Promotion Agreement with the Landowners in 2018 and were able to promote the site through every stage of the emerging Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan, achieving an allocation for mixed-use development.
