Detailed planning permission has been secured for 65 dwellings at Chigwell Nursery. Planning permission was granted by the Planning Inspectorate following a successful appeal hearing following refusal of the application at Planning Committee contrary to Officer recommendation and the site’s status as a Local Plan allocation. The site is now in the process of being sold and will deliver much-needed market and affordable housing, funding for improvements to local infrastructure, and public open space.
