Outline planning permission has been secured for up to 85 dwellings at Land at Beccles Road, Loddon (Norfolk). Scott Properties submitted an outline application within 10 months of entering into the Promotion Agreement, and a Committee resolution was secured within 18 months. The site will now be sold with the benefit of the outline planning permission following a competitive tender process.
