Scott Properties entered into an Option Agreement and secured planning permission for 65 bungalows on the site in 2015. The site was then purchased by Scott Residential, and delivered as our Gainsford Gardens development. As part of the Section 106 Agreement, Scott Residential built a new club house and car park for Holland FC, as well as installing drainage to and resurfacing the football pitches.
