This area of land was allocated in the Local Plan but not included in the Landermere Road application and subsequent sale to Bellway. Scott Properties was already promoting the land and took out an option in 2021 for a bungalow development. A detailed application for 28 bungalows was approved in 2023, and the site will be delivered by Scott Residential as José Powell Gardens.
