Diss
Scott Properties promoted the site to both the Greater Norwich Local Plan and the Diss and District Neighbourhood Plan, securing an allocation in the latter. We worked closely with the Town Council to ensure that the proposed development met with the aspirations of the allocation to deliver a new link road and extension to the cemetery. The site was granted outline planning permission for up to 179 dwellings in 2024, and the site was sold to Norfolk Homes later the same year.
